(hereinafter referred to as "Dog Filou's")
1. Scope
The following terms and conditions exclusively apply to all business relations between Dog Filou's and the customer (hereinafter referred to as "customer") in the version valid at the time of placement of orders.
2. Order
In our online-shop (www.dogfilous.com), the customer can place a purchase order of goods in English language by following these steps:
Add to basket: Selection of desired goods, amount and when necessary specifying its characteristics and pressing the "Add to basket" button
Display basket: click on basket symbol
Check out: click the button "Continue to your order"
Adress: enter the data required for order processing and delivery
Delivery: Choice of delivery method
Payment type: choosing preferred payment method
Check & Order: after checking the order the customer completes the order by clicking the "Buy" button
During the ordering process the customer can adjust the details by clicking the corresponding step. Items can also be removed from the shopping basket.
For safety reasons, the customer cannot call up the contract after completing the ordering process. The customer will receive an automatically generated order summary with the order information and these terms and conditions by e-mail.
3. Completion of the contract
The order of goods by a customer is a binding offer for a conclusion of contract. The contract is concluded by sending the sales confirmation to the customer by e-mail. In case Dog Filou's is unable to fully or partly fulfill the order, the customer will be informed by e-mail.
The customer agrees that all the information required by law will be sent to him via e-mail.
4. Prices
All prices quoted on our website are in Euro including Austrian value-added tax of 20% as well as other price components. Shipping costs are not included.
5. Payment
We offer payment in advance, PayPal or credit card via PayPal. The customer can choose the preferred method of payment during the ordering process. If the customer wishes to pay via PayPal, he will be forwarded to PayPal website where he can pay the purchase price directly. When choosing payment in advance, the invoice total is to be paid after receiving the sales confimation to the bank account stated in the invoice with reference to the order number.
6. Shipping charges & delivery
Shipping charges
Within Austria, we charge flat-rate shipping costs of EUR 3,90; when basket value exceeds EUR 100,00 delivery is free of charge. For delivery to Germany we charge EUR 5,90; when basket value exceeds EUR 100,00 delivery is free of charge. For delivery to other member states of the European Union (EU) we charge EUR 9,90 and for delivery to Switzerland we charge EUR 19,90. These shipping prices do not include possible additional customs fees and/or taxes or other charges, which have to be paid by the customer.
Delivery
We will send your order within 1-4 business days after payment is received. The delivery time is approx. 2-10 business days, depending on the desired delivery adress.

8. EU consumer information concerning the right of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins from the day you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquire the material possession of each of the goods ordered.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you have to inform us (Dog Filou's, MMag. Annemarie Filous, Josef Lanner-Str. 20, 2353 Guntramsdorf, +43(0)664 9138216, E-Mail: info@dogfilous.com) of this decision to withdraw from the contract in an unequivocal statement (e.g. letter sent by post or E-mail). You may use the standard withdrawal form stated below, but it is not mandatory.
The withdrawal deadline is met if the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent by you before the end of that deadline.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from that contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including shipping costs (except the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) immediately and by no later than fourteen days from the day we have received your decision to withdraw from the contract. For reimbursing this payment we will use the same payment method you have chosen for the initial transaction unless we agreed otherwise; in no event we will charge any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You have to send back or deliver the goods immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day you inform us about the withdrawal of that contract. The deadline is met when sending back the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You have to bear the direct costs of the return of the goods. You are liable for loss of value of these goods only if this loss is caused by using the goods to an extend more than necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristic and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is not applicable to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

9. Privacy policy
You can visit our website without leaving personal data. In this case, only anonymous information like the name of your Internet Service Provider, the access time and the visited pages within our website will be transmitted.
Cookies
We use cookies to enable the use of certain functions like the ordering process. Cookies are small text files that your browser saves. These cookies make our website work. The processing is based on art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. If you do not wish to accept cookies, you can adjust your web browser accordingly.
Personal data collection and processing
For order processing, contact information like your name, adress and e-mail adress are required according to art. 6 (1) lit. b GPDR. These data provided by you will be only used for contractual performance and will be saved until expiration of warranty and deleted upon expiry of the retention period stated by law. If the customer wishes to pay via PayPal, he will be forwarded to PayPal website where he can pay the purchase price directly. For the purpose of delivering your order, we disclose your necessary data to the shipping company. Your personal data will not be shared with other third parties.
Contact form
When you choose to contact us by using our contact form on our website, your data required for processing your inquiry will only be used for that purpose according to art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time by sending an email to info@dogfilous.com. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties.
Newsletter
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we will unregularly (max. 4 times per year) send you our newsletter to inform you about our new products, special offers and related news. For newsletter subscription, we use double-opt-in. According to art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR, your data required for sending newsletters will only be used for that purpose. You can cancel your subscription to our newsletter at any time by using the form on our website or sending an e-mail to info@dogfilous.com. Data will not be shared with third parties.
SSL encryption
To protect your data, our webshop is SSL encrypted. That can be recognised by a lock symbol and prefix "https://" in the header of your browser.
Right of access, rectification, deletion, erasure or blocking
If you have any questions concerning our data privacy policy, you can contact us and we will inform you about your personal data that we store for free. Furthermore, you may at any time exercise your right of rectification, deletion, erasure or blocking by sending an email to info@dogfilous.com. You may also submit a complaint to data protection supervisory authority that is responsible for GDPR.
